I got this as a gift this weekend. I'm 31 weeks pregnant. The tightness and itching and just general discomfort of the skin on my belly has been pretty constant since I started to show. This took that away the very first time I put it on. It rubs in cleanly...doesn't leave an oily residue on my belly or my hands. No smell to trigger nausea. I would highly recommend it!
